Motiocreate AI – End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of Motiocreate AI (“Service”), owned and operated by [Your Name/Company] (“Provider”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By using Motiocreate AI, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Motiocreate AI for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

2. Free Service & Advertising

Motiocreate AI is currently free to use. The Service may display advertisements. By using Motiocreate AI, you consent to the display of ads. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, or remove ads in the future.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content, technology, code, and branding of Motiocreate AI are owned by us. Users may create and export videos using the Service, but generated outputs may contain third-party content (e.g., stock videos, voices, music). You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use these outputs for your intended purpose.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use Motiocreate AI for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or bypass security features.
• Use the Service to generate or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, or infringing on third-party rights.

5. Content & Data

Any text, media, or data you upload remains your property. By using Motiocreate AI, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your finished videos.

6. Privacy

We may collect certain data (such as login information, usage data, ads engagement) to operate the Service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Third-Party Services

Motiocreate AI may rely on third-party tools (e.g., video libraries, text-to-speech APIs, hosting). We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or failures of third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Generated outputs may not be unique or free of copyright concerns. Users are responsible for their lawful use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: We are not liable for damages, losses, or claims resulting from your use of Motiocreate AI. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement.

11. Changes to Agreement

We may update this EULA at any time. Continued use of Motiocreate AI after updates means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Québec, Canada.
