Welcome to Motiocreate AI (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Motiocreate AI provides tools to generate text, voices, subtitles, and videos.

We do not guarantee accuracy or originality of AI-generated outputs.

You are fully responsible for reviewing and ensuring your generated content complies with copyright, trademark, privacy, and other applicable laws.

5. Subscription & Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription.

Payments are handled via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or Google Play/Apple App Store).

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

We do not offer refunds except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, logos, and branding of Motiocreate AI remain our property.

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

AI-generated outputs are licensed to you for personal and commercial use, but subject to third-party rights.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in harmful, abusive, or illegal activities.

You may delete your account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide our Services "as is" and "as available."

We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or revenue loss.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the last 12 months.

By creating an account on Motiocreate AI, you automaticly consent and accept to the Policy

We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are significant, we will notify you by email or via the app.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada (Québec jurisdiction), unless otherwise required by local law.
